Pay Scale and Benefits

Selected candidates for the SSB Constable positions will be entitled to the following pay scale and benefits as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC):

• Pay Scale: The constable positions available include Carpenter, Blacksmith, Driver, Tailor, Gardner, Cobbler, Veterinary, Painter, Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Cook, and Water Carrier.
• Other Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, constables will receive Dearness Allowance, Ration Money Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and any other admissible allowances as per SSB and Government regulations.
• Pension Scheme: Selected candidates will be covered under the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (New Pension Scheme).
