Qualification Details for AIASL Recruitment 2024:

Position	Qualifications & Experience
Duty Manager – Passenger	– Graduate with 16 years’ experience.
	– At least 4 years in managerial capacity.
	– Well conversant with computer operations.
Jr. Officer – Technical	– Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Electrical/Electronics/Communication.
	– Possession of LMV.
	– Aviation experience preferred.
Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive	– Graduate.
	– Preference for aviation experience or certified courses.
	– Proficient in PC usage.
	– Good command over English and Hindi.
Ramp Service Executive	– Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile or ITI with NCTVT.
	– Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license required.
Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver	– SSC / 10th standard pass.
	– Valid HMV Driving License required.
Handyman/Handywoman	– SSC / 10th standard pass.
	– Ability to read and understand English.
	– Knowledge of local and Hindi languages desirable.

Salary Details:

• Duty Manager – Passenger: Rs. 45,000/- per month
• Jr. Officer – Technical: Rs. 29,760/- per month
• Customer Service Executive: Rs. 24,960/- per month
• Jr. Customer Service Executive: Rs. 21,270/- per month
• Ramp Service Executive: Rs. 24,960/- per month
• Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Rs. 21,270/- per month
• Handyman/Handywoman: Rs. 18,840/- per month
