Remuneration : HURL Executives Recruitment 2023
HURL offers an attractive compensation package, providing one of the best pay and perks in the industry. The indicative average pay for various designations is as follows:
- Sr. Vice President: 48 Lakhs CTC (Cost to Company)
- Vice President: 32 Lakhs CTC
- Chief Manager: 24 Lakhs CTC
- Manager: 16 Lakhs CTC
- Assistant Manager: 11 Lakhs CTC
- Officer/Engineer: 7 Lakhs CTC
The final pay will be determined based on the individual’s profile. In addition to the CTC, an interim relief amount equivalent to 15% of the CTC will be provided, subject to adjustment as per the ongoing pay revision, currently under the management’s consideration. This amount will be taxable as per IT rules and will be adjusted based on the management’s decision on pay revision. If an employee leaves before the finalization of pay revision, the amount will be recoverable.
Annual increments at a rate of 5% of CTC will be given to the employees, along with performance-linked increments. HURL also provides medical insurance coverage to its employees and their dependent family members, in addition to the CTC.
