NIT Rourkela Placement 2023: 1,534 Job Offers, Highest Package Rs. 50 LPA | Complete Placement Details
NIT Rourkela completed its 2022-23 placements with 1,534 job offers from 330 companies. The highest package offered was Rs. 50 LPA. Various departments achieved excellent placement records. Software and IT Services were the top recruiters, followed by Core Engineering and Analytics and Consulting. Other sectors also participated in the recruitment process.
Contagious Conjunctivitis Outbreak: Arunachal Pradesh Schools Closed
Arunachal Pradesh’s Longding district closes schools until July 29, 2023, due to a highly contagious outbreak of conjunctivitis. The disease spreads through eye, nose, or mouth contact and causes redness, itching, and a gritty feeling in the eye. Health authorities advise preventive measures, including handwashing and avoiding infected individuals. Conjunctivitis also reported in West Siang district.
Revised Mumbai University BA Exam Schedule 2023 & Raigad District Rain Update
Mumbai University BA Semester 5 exams rescheduled due to heavy rains. Revised dates are as follows: July 26, 2023, for some papers, July 28, 2023, for others, and July 31, 2023, for remaining exams. Raigad District schools and colleges closed due to heavy rainfall and orange alert until July 26, 2023.
DU UG Admission 2023: Application Date Extended till July 26 | CSAS Correction Window Open
Delhi University (DU) extends the application date for undergraduate admissions to July 26, 2023. Students can submit preferences and make changes in applications until this date.
